The intro section of A Year on the Streets by Cascadia Media Collective doubled as the trailer. As the song increases with intensity, the editing becomes tighter and quicker. This would be a representation of a music video type of trailer

 

Trailer to the film Sound Wave

Sound Wave is film that was edited from a multi camera taping of a play. For the trailer, we used a mixture of a music video montage style intermixed with short clips from the play. The result is a mix of fast and slow tempos that display many different lively scenes in the play.

We work with Final Cut Studio editing software. This includes Sound Track Pro. Motion 3, DVD Studio Pro, Color and Compressor. These are all the tools it takes to create state of the art edited pieces
